Tuhdr 不要求注册账号，不包含广告，也不会自动向开发者发送截图、OCR 结果、翻译内容、遥测或崩溃报告。Microsoft Store 版本的应用更新由 Microsoft Store 管理，不向开发者更新服务器上报安装或更新统计。

本地处理与保存
当你主动开始截图时，Tuhdr 会访问屏幕画面并在内存中处理你选择的区域。 应用不会持续录制或监控屏幕。Windows 本地 OCR 使用系统已安装的文字识别能力， 选区图片不会因此上传到网络。
- 截图历史：默认开启并保留最近 30 条最终 SDR 截图，文件仅保存在当前 Windows 用户的本地应用数据目录。达到设置的数量上限时，较早记录会被自动清理。
- 用户控制：你可以关闭截图历史、逐项删除或清空历史。关闭历史只停止新增， 已有记录需要由你删除。
- 剪贴板与文件：只有在你选择复制或保存时，图片或 OCR 文字才会写入 Windows 剪贴板或你选择的文件夹；这些内容由你自行管理和删除。
- 本地设置：快捷键、语言、历史开关、服务商选择、模型名称等偏好保存在当前 Windows 用户的本地设置中。

可选云端 OCR 与翻译
云端功能默认不会自动运行。只有在你提供相应服务商的 API 凭据、完成配置并主动使用功能时， Tuhdr 才会把完成当前操作所必需的内容直接发送给所选服务商。数据不经过开发者服务器。

第三方服务商可能依据其自身条款保存请求、日志或结果。其数据处理、保留期限和删除方式由对应 服务商及你的账户配置决定。使用云端功能前，请确认选区中不包含你不希望交给该服务商的信息。

安全、共享与用户控制
Tuhdr 不出售、出租或将你的数据用于广告画像。远程云服务请求要求使用 HTTPS。 你保存的云服务 API 凭据使用 Windows DPAPI 加密，并绑定到当前 Windows 用户； 凭据仅用于向你选择的服务商鉴权。
- 保持“Windows 本地 OCR”即可避免因 OCR 上传选区图片。
- 你可以在设置中删除云服务凭据、更换服务商或停止使用云端功能。
- 你可以在截图历史中删除本地记录，并自行删除手动保存的图片。
- 第三方服务商持有的数据需要按照其隐私政策和账户工具进行查询或删除。

Tuhdr 只会在你确认后打开外部反馈页面，不会自动附带或上传截图、日志或设备信息。 你在反馈页面主动填写的内容会用于处理你的问题。

Tuhdr Privacy Policy

1. Summary
Tuhdr is a Windows screenshot, annotation, OCR, and translation tool. It does not require an account, contain advertising, or automatically send screenshots, OCR results, translations, telemetry, or crash reports to the developer. Updates for the Microsoft Store version are managed by Microsoft Store, and this version does not report install or update statistics to the developer's update server.
2. Local processing and storage
Tuhdr accesses screen content only when you initiate a capture and processes the selected area in memory. It does not continuously record or monitor your screen. Windows local OCR runs on the device and does not upload the selected image.
- Capture history is enabled by default and keeps the 30 most recent final SDR captures in the current Windows user's local application-data folder. Older items are pruned according to the configured limit.
- You can disable new history records and delete individual items or clear the existing history.
- Images or OCR text are written to the Windows clipboard or a folder only when you choose to copy or save them.
- Preferences such as shortcuts, language, history settings, provider choice, and model names are stored locally for the current Windows user.
3. Optional cloud OCR and translation
Cloud features do not run automatically. When you provide API credentials, configure a provider, and explicitly use a cloud feature, Tuhdr sends only the content required for that operation directly to the selected provider. It does not pass through the developer's servers.
- Cloud OCR sends the selected PNG image to Tencent Cloud, Baidu AI Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or an OpenAI-compatible service configured by you.
- Tencent image translation sends the selected PNG image to Tencent Cloud.
- Other translation adapters send recognized text to Baidu, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or an OpenAI-compatible service configured by you.
- Connection tests send a synthetic test image or test text, plus credentials needed for authentication; they do not send your screenshot.
Third-party providers process and retain requests under their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings. Review the selected content and the provider's terms before using a cloud feature.
4. Security, sharing, and your choices
Tuhdr does not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising profiles. Remote cloud requests must use HTTPS. Saved API credentials are encrypted with Windows DPAPI and bound to the current Windows user. They are used only to authenticate with the provider you selected.
You may keep OCR local, disable or clear capture history, remove cloud credentials, stop using cloud features, and delete manually saved files. Requests held by a third-party provider must be accessed or deleted through that provider's privacy and account tools.
5. Feedback, changes, and contact
Tuhdr opens the external feedback page only after you confirm. It does not automatically attach screenshots, logs, or device information. Information you voluntarily enter there is used to handle your feedback. This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change.
